Catherine is a textile artist who also explores a variety of other mediums. She has recreated animals from Madeline Winch's book "Come By Chance" for an exhibition to celebrate its re-release in 2009 at the Western Plains Cultural Centre in Dubbo. She had lead numerous children's workshops in the Western Region and has exhibited her work locally. She enjoys engaging people, to create and explore their abilities, especially the young . She believes that building skills to "make" is the one of most important things to learn and that everybody has that ability.
