Noelene works in a variety of mediums including pastels, acrylics, mixed media, and watercolour. Noelene also gives art lessons specialising in pastel work. Noelene's artwork can be viewed at the Dubbo Art & Craft Society's Cottage on Cobra Street in Dubbo. Noelene�s work can also be viewed by appointment, and commission work can be undertaken.
