Kandos Hall is an historical building built in 1954 and is located near the centre of the town of Kandos providing an easy walk to local shops and cafes. The hall offers a large area of open space suitable for but not limited to, exhibitions, balls, shows, and weddings, with the possibilities being endless. Non-exclusive regular hire may also be considered for the Kandos Hall. The available floor area is approximately 30m x 11m and is joined at one end by a large curtained stage (an additional 8m x 5m area), with dressing rooms and at the opposite end there is an upstairs viewing area providing views to the stage, and below is a large kitchen, including fridges, gas cooking, and loads of bench space capable of providing catering facilities for events. In 2008 the Hall was revamped, which included an interior colour change, polished floor boards, installation of gas heating, and the purchase of over 90 new chairs which are all included in the hire of the building. In addition, there are also 23 oblong tables, as well over 200 older style steel chairs available for use if required.
