Save the date - Art Auction February 9 in Dubbo
Regional artists have responded overwhelmingly to the call out for artwork to be auctioned at a fundraising event for the Hear Our Heart project. Run on behalf of the Dubbo and District Deaf & Hearing Impaired Group, the project aims to raise much needed funds totalling approx. $365,000 for a purpose built Ear Bus that will travel Western NSW visiting schools in regional and remote communities to raise awareness and to test and treat children’s ear health problems, currently affecting one in every three children.
The Hear Our Heart project also needs community support. By attending the auction to be held at the CSU Campus, Yarrandale Rd. Dubbo, February 9 at 6pm you will have the chance to purchase artworks produced by many of the region’s finest and most recognised artists at a great price and for a very worthwhile cause.
